Creating and populating Skills and Qualification to Talent Profile in Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management

 Hello curious minds! 👀

In today's post let us discuss on how we can add skills and qualifications and how these turn out be our talent profile

It's always important to have our skills and qualifications updated in the system. To do so, navigate to 

Me-->Career and Performance--> Skills and Qualifications

Here you can setup your career statements, Licenses and Certificates, Competencies, Honors and Awards, Career Preferences. some of them will be available by default when you land on the page and rest can be added using the action tab on the top right side of your page.

Once you successfully fill in your details. there can be a scheduled process set up to populate your profile in search of talent profile.

for this you can run the below mentioned jobs in sequence one after the other when one is completed.

 1. Update Person Search Keywords

2.  Optimize Person Search Keywords Index

3. Update Profile Search Keywords

4. Optimize Profile Search Keywords Index

5. Synchronize Profile Search Keywords Index

once these are completed you can verify in the talent profile by navigating to My Clients Groups--> Profiles--> Talent Profiles

Search for your employee and it will be available.
